With my long years of self trainings and teacher trainings on mindfulness, meditation, yoga, coaching, family constellations and ayurvedic consulting tools, I am working with people from a meditative perspective.
With the pandemic we are all isolated and our nervous systems need to be supported to gain back our balance and joy. While lately there is more and more known on how the brain works, we see how meditation is important to support our wellbeing. The researchs show that to start a new habit needs an 8 week work. So our courses on creating a more mindful living and support people to remind themselves their own inner wealth, where there is the balance and joy are 8 week courses. I have both one to one consulting sessions and also group courses. I support all my courses with additional sharings, meditations, meetings and as well there is a certification of completion is given.

Mindfulness for expats in Istanbul 8 Week Course (March- April): This is an online course. All training notes will be shared after each class. I also plan to meet in person as a group for meditation and sharing if the weather and health conditions let us to do so. The course includes homeworks and smaller group works. There is also a chance to attend the my retreat at the end of the course.
Introduction to Ayurvedic Living for expats in Istanbul 6 Week Course (March- April):
This is an online course. All training notes and recepies will be shared. I will support the shopping for all the ingredients that are included in the recepies. We can also plan a half day shopping tour together if the weather and health conditions permit. The course includes homeworks and quizes. There is a the opportunity to attend my online meditations, as well to attend my half day retreat.
Mindfulness for Stres for expats in Istanbul / 8 Week Course (May- June)
This is an online course. All training notes will be shared after each class. I also plan to meet in person as a group for meditation and sharing if life permits. The course includes body work, yoga and deeper smaller group sharings and homeworks. There is also a chance to my half day retreat at the end of this course. There is a certification of completion.
